Shuttle Bus Service

Meeting organizers will provide shuttle bus service from/to Athens International Airport.

Bus to Nafplio will be leaving Athens airport at 16.00 (March 30th)

Meeting point: ARRIVALS HALL 'B'

There will a bus escort holding a sign 'HPS 2009'

Bus from Nafplio to Athens is scheduled to leave right after the end of the meeting (around 12.30 on April 1st)

Directions by Car

Driving from Athens you take the national road (E94) that goes south through Corinth and towards Tripoli.

Then you take a left turn towards Tripolis (E65) and about after 40 km, take the Sterna exit and go east through Argos to Nafplion. The trip will take you about 2.5 hours. Map of Southern Greece

Transportation by Public Means

By Bus

Outside the arrivals building, you take the bus X93 that goes to Kifissos Bus Station from where you will get the bus to Nafplio. (www.ktel-argolis.gr)

The X93 leaves every 30 minutes and the ticket costs 3.20 euros per person. It takes approximately 50 minutes to get to Kifissos Bus Station.

Then you take the bus for Nafplio. Buses depart from the station to Nafplion every 1 hour, the trip lasts 2.5 hours and the fair is 11.50 euro.

By Train

From the Airport Station you take the Proastiakos Train to Neratziotissa station, where you make the connection heading to Kiato Station. You disembark at Korithos Station that is one station before route’s final destination (Kiato Station). From there you take the bus to Nafplion.
