Posters should have dimensions up to 140 cm high and 90-140 cm wide. They will be placed with fixing pins.

Posters should be placed the first day and should be hanging during the whole meeting.

Speaker's Information 

Speakers could bring their own laptop or their presentation on a USB stick or a CD. The presentations should be delivered to the help desk at least 30 min before the beginning of the corresponding session.
